Instructors

Shawn Miller SenseiShawn Miller began training in the early to mid 1980's in Ryukyu Kempo and Shorin Ryu Karate until the mid 1990's. Then after a brief break began training again in Matsumura Shorin Ryu Karate. Shortly after he resumed training, in 2001 he also began studying Kyusho Jitsu and Ryukyu Kempo Karate. Mr. Miller currently also trains in defensive and combat handguns, weapons and Tactical control. He earned the rank of Shodan 1st degree black belt in Matsumura Shorin Ryu Karate 2006. Since then, he has earned the rank of Nidan 2nd degree black belt in Shorin Ryu and Ryukyu Kempo Karate, and also holds the rank of Practitioner level 1 (shodan equivalent) in Kyusho Jitsu. Mr. Miller is currently a Certified Instructor in Kyusho Jitsu and Kyusho Tactical Control for Kyusho International. Also he is a certified instructor in Shorin Ryu and Ryukyu Kempo Karate in affiliation with Independent Karate International.
